TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Gameservers.pro, a service provided by CNJC ("CNJC," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms of service (the "Agreement") govern your use of our dedicated gaming server services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; and

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

1.3. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Use any automated means to access the Services;

• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services;

• Take any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, including using the Services in an automated manner;

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule; and

• Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services.
